Boy (noun): A noise with dirt on it ~
Have you seen this one before? It fits, doesn't it?
Although the first time I read this, I thought that there should be another definition in which
boy is a verb "an action word" because they are always in action!
They can make a fort out of skateboards
and trashcans...
and a race car
out of old cereal boxes and duct tape...
And give you a smile...
That can melt your heart :-)
I realized I've reached my one year blog anniversary,
so I'll be having a giveaway soon my friends.
I hope you're all having a wonderful week.
Blessings,
Marcia
Hello Marcia,
ReplyDeleteI think your boys are my boys long lost cousins! Crazy kids...
I love it! My boys built a fort out of duct tape and shipping boxes the size of their room in their room...sigh. They are the sweetest!
Hugs,
Olivia
Oh my gosh, I adored this! And the bestest part was the cereal box car!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are toooo cooooooooool!!
Pretty please take word verification off your blog. I promise nothing bad will befall your blog. Honest.
Your boys look like little darlins!
ReplyDeleteYou know the saying, "all boy," then I would say that fits your little ones for sure. And creative too.
My son used to take the entire livingroom apart making tents and forts. I miss those days, they go by quickly.
hugs
Sissie

ReplyDeleteThose pictures are great too. How creative to make that cereal box car! I especially like the last one. What a sweet smile.

ReplyDeleteWell what can I say...just love this...from a mom of five boys! I sure have pictures like that also. How much fun! I miss my household of boys so much, but I am still enjoying the two at home!

Such cute photos! Our 3 neighbor boys across the street are always making "something" and it's so cute to see the newest version of the "whatever" held together with duct tape. I love imagination.
ReplyDeleteBoys are definitely a blessing. Well, most of the time! Yours are sure cute. Enjoy every moment, time sure flies by. Mimi
ReplyDeleteThis is so true! I have 3 little men, and my Big Man, and they are ALWAYS amazing me with how busy busy they are, and blowing me away with their creativity. I love boys! They're a wonderful blessing!
ReplyDeleteThe word Boy is definitely a verb!! Although, I think at times an adjective will work.
ReplyDeleteI have 2 boys and 4 grandsons so I know all there is to appreciate about boys. They are nouns and verbs and excitement personified. Aren't we lucky to have them? They can definitely melt your heart. The picture of your little guy in the tree melted mine. Adorable!
ReplyDeleteLove that definition ~ halarious ~ and so true!! I just love the creativity of kids. My 9 y/o daughter (Maddie) does the same things... makes forts and who knows what else out of this and that around the house. Your son is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your one year blogiversary coming up, Marcia! Look forward to the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI just reached my 1 year anniversary too. It has been fun and one of the best parts was finding you.
Marcia,
ReplyDeleteThat's so true of boys. I went through many years of my forts in my living room. Then it was a season of barbie dolls and such. I guess I better gear back up for the forts! :) Oh, and the best one....boys LOVE their mommies! :)
Congratulations on nearing your one year blogging anniversary! I'm looking forward to your giveaway!
Hugs!
