Balboa Pier

Every time I look through a viewfinder,
  it takes me back to my childhood.
Such happy memories of peering through these :)

If you visit Balboa Pier, be sure to visit Ruby's 
 and have a giant *ice cream*
 Messy, but fun.

I just have to add that today is
my parents 63rd wedding anniversary!
Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad.
 
We love you both.

    The red viewfinder against the aqua shade of the ocean is gorgeous!

    Wonderful marriage inheritance...congratulations to all because the children of their marriage are also blessed.

    Love at those colors in your photographs the blues and red...well you have used my palate for my kitchen.

    Those pics at the pier are just wonderful. I've never been anywhere like that but it makes me think of The Five People You Meet in Heaven. Ever watch that movie or read the book? And what's odd is that I'm pretty sure it was RUBY pier. What a coincidence! The Ruby's in your pics looks interesting, too.

    Just want to add that every time I visit your blog I feel calmed and soothed. :) Your colors and design are so pretty and easy on the eyes. Love it! :)

    When my children were growing up, my parents, my family (Husband, son, daughter) and niece and nephew spent several summers on Balboa Island. My dad would rent a 4 bedroom condo for a week and we had a fun-filled time! Your pictures bring back many sweet memories. Ruby's is a family favorite for sure!
