I found this sweet little paper garland tutorial the other day...
and now we have leaf garlands showing up all over :-)
It's available as a free download over at a lovely blog called A Field Journal.
Thank you Livy :-)
If you haven't gotten all of your Thanksgiving decorations up
these make a nice little addition that takes just minutes to make :-)
Although I've made mine with plain white copy paper
they would be very pretty in the color of your choice
or even in vintage sheet music.
Visit Faded Charm for more White Wednesday posts :-)
Blessings,
Marcia

Beautiful! When I taught kindergarten, I always had the kids cut out different leaf patterns and we would make a garland to surround the classroom windows and boards. Looks great even in white! Best wishes for a beautiful day! :) Tammy
ReplyDeleteI love the garland. It would look better red though around July or during some international hockey tournament or the Olympics. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest!!! I need to make one! I just repainted my chalkboard (a cat had sprayed it!) I had it on the porch last Christmas with a message.
ReplyDeleteoh i like this! and may just make one or three and send them to lizzie!
