It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.

There isn't a sewing room in my house, just a little space in our "catch-all" room,
right next to the computer and piano. This little nook looks outside
to our front yard, where I can watch my kids playing there while I sew.
I had a little help with the photos though...
Milo always wants to be in the middle of the action :-)
I'm looking forward to doing a little sewing this weekend...I hope you find time
to do something you love too.
The winner of the CSN giveaway is.....
Becky at Sweet Cottage Dreams!
Congratulations Becky, I'll be emailing you.

Congratulations to Becky....ohhhh..Is Milo for sale? Please please..he is SOOO cute...I just want to take him home! Hugs-Diana
ReplyDeleteMilo is a beautiful kitty. I don't really have a sewing room either, it is sort of scattered all over the house. It makes it had when I want to find something. :) At least I have my clothes in the closet but I also sew in there too. :)
ReplyDeleteI am glad you get to sew though. I had my grandsons that are twins over today. I tried to sew with them here.
They sat in my lap. Just like ole times. It was so sweet.
Hi Marcia,
ReplyDeleteI love your sweet sewing chair and Milo adds a nice touch!
My kitties love my sewing room.
Hope you get some projects done to show us.
hugs
Sissie
My brother used to have a cat named Milo. His Milo was probably 4x the size of yours. His stomach drug the floor. :o) That was the meanest cat I've ever seen.

Lucky Becky! Loved your little "pearls". Older brothers can be sooo hilarious. Mimi
ReplyDeleteHaving any sort of space to craft in is truly a luxury and one to be enjoyed! Having a window with a view makes it even more pleasurable. I love the conversation about Viagara Falls. That is just a hoot! Isn't it great that the younger ones have their older siblings to steer them right ??? HA! Have a great weekend. Tammy
ReplyDeleteCan I have MILO? cute cute cute! LOL
ReplyDeleteAh yes...if there is a stack of fabric there is surely a cat dozing sweeting on top of it. Milo is just so beautiful!

I wish I had a sewing room, then again I'd really have to sew and not just talk about wanting to sew....What is it that you sew? I must have missed it along the way. I'd love to see your finished projects. I hope you have a wonderful weekend with your family.
ReplyDeleteWhat a completely adorable cat! He looks a bit like one of ours...only yours has more of a beard....what else shall I call it, if not a beard?!!
ReplyDeleteI love it that you can sit and sew, whilst watching your children play out at the front. That sounds like dream living to me.
